How will I receive my ticket(s)?

E-Ticket – Free
By selecting the E-Ticket option, once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to download and print out your ticket(s). Please make sure the barcodes print correctly. If you are having trouble printing the ticket(s), please visit the Customer Service table at the Front Gate the day of the event with your order number and photo ID ready.

First Class Mail Delivery – $3 per Order
By selecting the First Class Mail option, hard tickets will be shipped to you approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the festival. If you do not receive your ticket(s) by the day of the event, don’t stress! Please visit the Customer Service table at the Front Gate the day of the event with your order number and photo ID ready.

Instructions For Purchasing Weekend Passes


  1. Click on the turquoise “Buy Tickets” button located on the home page of the
    NBJF website on the right hand side.
  2. You will be directed to the ticketing page through with three ticketing
    options to choose from:
            a.    The 1st item listed is a Friday Reserved Seat that must be purchased with
    the 2-Day VIP Pass
            b.    The 2nd item listed is a 2-Day VIP Weekend Pass that must be purchased
    with a Friday Reserved
            c.    The 3rd item listed is a 2-Day General Admission Weekend Pass
    (Saturday & Sunday only).

Please note: You can only purchase a Friday Reserved Seat as part of the
3-Day VIP Weekend Package.

  1. Click on the 3rd ticketing option located on the main ticketing page.
  2. You will be directed to a page with additional information about your tickets.
  3. On this page, type in the quantity of GA Weekend Passes you want to purchase
    (up to 8 per person).
  4. Click on the “Add to Cart” button (up to 8 Weekend Passes per person).
  5. Select the delivery method for all tickets in your order by using the drop-down button.
    You have the option of e-ticket or first class mail.
  6. Review the contents of your shopping cart. At this time you can “remove” any unwanted tickets, change your order, or continue shopping for additional tickets.
  7. To finalize your purchase click on the “Check Out” button.
  8. You will be prompted to login to your account to complete your order. Use your email address and password to login. If you do not have an account, you will create one at this time.
  9. Follow the remaining prompts to fill out your contact/billing information to complete your order.
  10. Once your order is complete, you will see a screen with your order details.
  11. If you provided an email address, a confirmation will be sent to you.

Please note: e-tickets are available to print from your confirmation email right away;  mail delivery tickets will be shipped approximately 1-2 weeks before the festival.
